About Us

The Thuringian Court of Audit is a supreme state authority with 146 positions. We are an independent body of financial control, subject only to the law. Our goal is to ensure that taxpayer money is used in the best possible way in the public interest. To this end, we examine the entire budgetary and economic management of the state and municipalities and advise the state parliament, state government, and municipalities based on our audit findings.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities essentially include:

  • System and network administration
  • Integration of applications into the system environment
  • System-specific support of various specialist applications
  • IT support and user support
  • Coordination and cooperation with IT service providers
  • Information security and data protection
  • Administration

Our Requirements

We strictly require:

  • A relevant completed university degree (Diplom (FH), Bachelor's, or Cooperative State University degree) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, OR
  • Eligibility for the senior information technology service
