Your Tasks

  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Qualifying customer inquiries
  • Acquiring new B2B customers
  • Demonstrating our HR software product
  • Communication and consultation with HR departments
  • Supporting existing customers in the HR sector
  • Deep interest in HR
  • Support with workshops, trade fair visits, etc. in the HR context

Your Qualifications

  • Completed degree in business or equivalent professional experience
  • Little to several years of professional experience in HR or B2B customer support
  • Customer-oriented attitude and work style
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Excellent communication skills with a lot of empathy
  • Confident demeanor with target-group-specific communication
  • Excellent German skills, English is a plus
