Your Responsibilities

You will be independently responsible for the preparation and execution of training for the IHK vocational training as an aircraft electronics technician/mechanic.

• Creation of training documents as well as visual aids and practice objects, use of planning techniques for conducting lessons, and application of appropriate presentation techniques
• Independent execution of theoretical instruction, including maintaining necessary training records and creating documentation
• Confident, clear, and precise communication in spoken and written language
• Adherence to and knowledge of labor and social law regulations, vocational training law, and labor, environmental, and health law
• Guiding and instructing trainees towards responsible action
• Moderation of groups and goal-oriented leadership of discussions and results presentations
• Assessing the influences of group structure on group behavior and developing and implementing corrective measures

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as an aircraft electronics technician (or comparable training - aircraft mechanic, electronics technician, industrial mechanic, etc.)
• Completed further training as a master craftsman/technician in a relevant field
• AdA (Trainer Aptitude) training - Trainer certificate available
• Many years of experience in aviation electronics, as well as sound technical expertise in military aircraft technology
• Willingness to work, flexibility, confident demeanor, structured and conscientious work style
• Open-minded personality and enjoyment of teaching activities
• Pedagogical soft skills: Motivation, communication, empathy, teamwork
• German language skills - native speaker
