About the Role and Our Company

Data Analysis & Visualization in Market Research Permanent position, 30-40 hours per week -- Location Leipzig, Berlin, Munich, Hamburg or Remote (based in Germany)

Your Future Role:

Project Management for the Analysis & Visualization of Market Research Data Do you enjoy working with data, bringing structure to complex datasets, and developing visual stories from numbers? Perhaps you even come from market research and want to specialize in data preparation? Then you are a perfect fit for us.

What awaits you:

  • Independent management and implementation of analysis projects -- in close coordination with our clients and in exchange with colleagues from Panel Management, Project Management, and Tech.
  • Preparation of survey data from various sources -- including data checking, cleaning, and handover in the form of tables, datasets, or dashboards.
  • Visual preparation of study results -- e.g., in PowerPoint or using our dashboard "reportbook".
  • Sparring with our clients -- you understand their requirements and accompany them until the final presentation of the results.

What you should bring:

  • You love working with data and enjoy collaborating with clients in a solution-oriented manner.
  • You have experience in analyzing market research data (or in market research itself) -- or a relevant degree in Statistics, Sociology, Psychology, Economics, or Data Science.
  • You think analytically, have a good understanding of numbers, and can clearly structure complex content.
  • You remain organized, meticulous, and quality-oriented even when managing multiple parallel projects -- even when things get hectic.
  • Ideally, you have experience with script-based analysis software -- e.g., CNT, Quantum, GESStabs, R, or SPSS (we use CNT, and we're happy to teach you!).
  • You have a feel for good visualizations, whether in dashboards or slides.
  • If you also bring interpretation skills and strategic thinking -- even better!
