✨ Your Mission
Sales is your playground. Ownership is your thing. Impact is your drive.
- You manage the entire sales cycle -- from the initial discovery to closing -- and ensure a smooth handover to our Customer Success Team.
- You work exclusively with pre-qualified leads and speak directly with decision-makers.
- In virtual product demos, you clearly and convincingly show the added value ToolTime brings to our customers' daily lives.
- You work with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Aircall, and Demodesk so that your focus remains where it belongs: on customers.
- Together with your team, you develop new sales approaches, test ideas, and measurably advance ToolTime.
- You work closely with Marketing and Customer Success and actively contribute your sales perspective.
- Occasionally, you will also be on the road -- e.g., at industry trade fairs or events.
Your Profile
- You have at least 2 years of sales experience -- ideally in the SaaS, tech, or digital environment.
- Short sales cycles feel right to you; direct closing is not foreign to you.
- You don't sell loudly, but smartly, consultatively, and solution-oriented.
- Goals motivate you -- especially when you achieve them as a team.
- An elbows-out mentality is not your style. You prefer to work together and live #BestTogether.
- You are communicative, build trust quickly, and feel comfortable in conversations with customers.
- German at native level is a must-have, English is a plus.
