Position Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support and scale our commercial efforts in the gaming industry.

The Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue efficiency and scalability across the organization, owning multi-channel demand generation, market intelligence, and analytics for divisions forming part of TransPerfect Games´ group such as The Mill and MPC. The successful candidate will support global Business Development and Sales Operations through actionable insights, lead generation campaigns, automation, and industry reporting, contributing to data-driven decision-making across platforms and regions.

This role owns the sales operating rhythm---from pipeline management and forecasting to tooling, reporting, and performance optimization.

Position responsibilities:

  • Administer and optimize CRM and sales tools, owning multi-channel demand generation (LinkedIn, HubSpot email sequencing, Clay automations)
  • Leverage existing technologies to build and maintain a real-time market intelligence system, ensuring data accuracy
  • Create account prioritization and scoring frameworks
  • Design, launch, and optimize demand generation campaigns, ensuring operational readiness at all times
  • Build advanced dashboards, analytics and performance reports for Sales Operations, setting and tracking KPIs
  • Own sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue reporting, sharing insights and presenting to management and involved stakeholders on a weekly basis
  • Act as an internal expert on gaming market shifts, producing predictive analytics and trend reports across the global gaming industry
  • Identify and implement automations to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Perform other special projects or duties when required

Timeline:

30 day plan (Foundation):

  • Audit existing lead generation processes, CRM data, and outbound channels
  • Begin building a baseline market intelligence framework
  • Deliver weekly insights reports to Business Development teams

60 day plan (Build & Operationalize):

  • Launch optimized LinkedIn email Clay sequences
  • Implement dashboards for Sales Operations
  • Produce competitor and game-title tracking systems

90 day plan (Scale & Optimize):

  • Launch full rollout of the market intelligence platform
  • Deliver monthly industry Outlook presentations for leadership
  • Demand generation contributing measurable pipeline growth
