• Stay at the bleeding edge of technological advancement through continuous research, active participation in industry conferences, and meaningful engagement with both academic researchers and professional innovators—positioning us to immediately leverage emerging AI breakthroughs.

What You Won't Be Doing

• Getting bogged down in mundane code maintenance tasks or troubleshooting minor bugs in existing systems.
• Implementing conventional software features or writing standard code that doesn't leverage or integrate advanced AI capabilities.

AI Software Engineer Key Responsibilities

• Leverage your engineering expertise to dramatically transform our development ecosystem—accelerating delivery timelines, minimizing human error, and elevating code quality standards to drive faster market launches and exceptional customer experiences.

Basic Requirements

• Proven track record with 3+ years as a software engineer implementing high-impact technical initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with modern GenAI code assistance platforms (Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev, or similar tools).
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing Generative AI solutions, products, or tools in professional environments.
• Practical experience harnessing various Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.) to address and solve real business challenges.
