Your Key Responsibilities as Conversational AI Dessigner (f/m/d)

As a Conversational AI Designer (f/m/d), you will shape the Conversations, Flows, and Intelligence behind our AI Assistants - transforming them into intuitive, helpful Agents that engage naturally with users:

• Design engaging, clear, and brand-aligned dialogue Flows for AI Assistants, Chatbots, and other cutting-edge Generative AI touchpoints.
• Define how AI agents respond, escalate, collect Context, and take action by applying Agentic AI principles.
• Craft and refine prompts that effectively guide Large Language Models (LLMs) across diverse scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with Engineers to build conversational flows that dynamically leverage Tools and Data through MCP, making interactions smarter and more personalized.
• Shape the personality, tone, and trustworthiness of our conversational experiences to create genuine connections.
• Work alongside ML Engineers, Product Managers, UX Designers, and Business Teams to prototype and launch impactful conversational Features.
• Continuously enhance performance by analyzing User Feedback, running A/B Tests, and evaluating usage Data.
