Your Key Responsibilities as ML/GenAI Engineer (f/m/d)

As an ML/GenAI Engineer (f/m/d) in our AI Solutions Team, you'll play a key role in developing the intelligence that drives our Products, Services, and internal Processes forward.

• You will train and fine-tune machine learning and generative AI models to solve critical Business challenges---such as churn prediction, content generation, and trust scoring
• You'll design and build autonomous AI agents that solve problems independently and interact seamlessly with Users and Systems. These agents are based on modular, reusable logic to maximize flexibility and scalability
• You will develop cutting-edge Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Systems and intelligent agents that actively integrate with external tools and data sources via the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• You'll create general-purpose classifiers, scoring engines, and prompts that can be easily accessed and used across teams through APIs and serverless Architectures like AWS Lambda
• You'll connect your AI Solutions with key internal Platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Trusted Shops' proprietary Applications, driving seamless System Integration
• Throughout your work, you will ensure that all solutions are explainable, trustworthy, and compliant ---fully aligned with Trusted Shops' core values of transparency and reliability
