We support management teams in preparing their investor readiness and investors such as VC or PE funds in due diligence during transactions. Furthermore, we actively drive buy- and sell-side processes.\n\n- Creation of integrated financial plans, pitch decks, and investor memos\n- Financial Due Diligence (buy/sell-side)\n- Support in M&A project management\n\n### Financial Operations\n\nTo enable our clients to have a professional finance setup, we assist in establishing customized processes for bank and investor reporting or in liquidity management during crisis situations.\n\n- Creation of liquidity plans\n- Creation of reporting databooks\n- Development of financial reports for investors or banks\n\n### Valuation Services\n\nIn the context of transactions, portfolio reporting, or special situations, we prepare valuation reports and determine company valuations in preparation for purchase price negotiations.\n\n- Creation of valuation reports\n- Valuation of transaction targets\n- Valuation of synergies from acquisitions\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n### Strong Analytical Skills\n\nYou possess excellent quantitative skills, evidenced by outstanding academic achievements and ideally first relevant professional experience in Venture Capital, Investment Banking, M&A, start-ups, and/or management consulting.\n\n### Willingness to Take Responsibility\n\nWe quickly delegate responsibility and are therefore looking for individuals who want to take on responsibility early on, are self-motivated, and have the stamina to work in a dynamic and focused team environment.\n\n### Entrepreneurial Mindset\n\nWe are looking for entrepreneurial thinkers who are motivated to lead internal initiatives alongside project tasks and actively contribute to the further development of Trustventure.\n\n### Passion for VC, Tech, and Finance\n\nOur work primarily focuses on technology-driven companies across various industries.
