Tzkrti is an independent ticketing platform built by event organizers for event organizers. With over 20 years of experience behind it, the platform serves as a tool to connect and support the cultural and creative scenes---especially within Arabic-speaking communities across the world. Our mission is to build an ecosystem where events, artists, and organizers thrive through better infrastructure, visibility, and community support.
As CMO, you'll lead and build our entire marketing function. You'll define our growth strategy, own our brand narrative, and drive audience acquisition, with the autonomy to shape your own team. This role is for someone ready to scale an early-stage platform into a globally recognized cultural-tech brand.
What You'll Do
- Lead Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Launch features, and markets with clear goals, targeting, and messaging.
- Own Brand & Positioning: Evolve and manage Tzkrti's brand across all touchpoints. Bring clarity, creativity, and consistency to our story.
- Drive Growth & Acquisition: Build full-funnel marketing programs, including performance marketing, influencer partnerships, and CRM flows, to attract and retain users and event organizers.
- Develop Content & Campaigns: Lead content marketing, social media, PR, and storytelling that resonates with both Arab and global audiences.
- Build and Lead the Team: Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing marketing team (internal external partners).
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Act as the voice of the customer across product, UX, partnerships, and leadership. You'll work closely with the CEO and tech lead.
- Expand Strategic Partnerships: Align with cultural institutions, festivals, and partners to co-create and promote joint initiatives.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget. Allocate resources effectively across various marketing channels. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Provide regular reports on marketing performance to the executive team. Use analytics to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.
What You Bring
- Proven experience creating and executing GTM strategies, especially SaaS platforms.
- Expertise in digital acquisition: paid ads, SEO, content, and lifecycle marketing.
- Deep understanding of community, cultural storytelling, and influencer marketing.
- A builder's mindset, hands-on, strategic, and experimental.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform decisions.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
Required Education And Work Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the technology sector.
