We are looking for a Field Sales Representative in our Adhesives division at UHU in Bühl for our Sales department.
Field Sales Representative / Vertriebsmitarbeiter im Außendienst (m/f/d)

How you can contribute:
In this role, you will manage key accounts and conduct customer visits.
Your main responsibilities:
- Target-oriented management and development of customers assigned to the district (customers are primarily DIY stores)
- Conducting customer visits according to appropriate tour plans
- Implementation of the company's marketing and sales strategies
- Independent and results-oriented further development of the sales area
- Conducting product and employee training for our retail partners
- Market observation, competitor research, market analysis
- Assortment and layout maintenance
- Implementation of new installations and remodeling of placements
Your Team:
You will be supported by our Sales-Germany team and report to the Manager Sales Modern Trade.
What makes you an ideal candidate:
- Completed commercial or vocational training
- Sales or trade experience, ideally in the DIY sector
- Negotiation skills and persuasiveness
- Appealing demeanor, high empathy, and enjoyment of customer interaction
- Independence, flexibility in time, motivation, mobility
- Good teamwork skills
- Driver's license class B
- Good MS Office skills
- Ideally residing in the greater Sinsheim area
