About the role
Ultimo is hiring a New Business Account Executive to focus exclusively on net-new customer acquisition across the German-speaking DACH market, with a primary focus on Germany.
This is a pure hunter role, selling enterprise software into asset-intensive industries such as manufacturing, industrials, and infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Own new logo acquisition (Neukunden) across a Germany-focused DACH territory
- Proactively build pipeline through outbound and account-based strategies
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles end-to-end
- Engage operational, technical, and executive stakeholders
- Position Ultimo as a long-term enterprise partner, not a point solution
What we're looking for
- Proven new-business AE experience in B2B or enterprise software
- Strong outbound and account-based selling capability
- Experience owning full sales cycles
- Comfortable selling into complex, asset-intensive environments
- Fluent German and English (customer-facing role)
