About the role

Ultimo is hiring a New Business Account Executive to focus exclusively on net-new customer acquisition across the German-speaking DACH market, with a primary focus on Germany.

This is a pure hunter role, selling enterprise software into asset-intensive industries such as manufacturing, industrials, and infrastructure.

What you'll do

  • Own new logo acquisition (Neukunden) across a Germany-focused DACH territory
  • Proactively build pipeline through outbound and account-based strategies
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles end-to-end
  • Engage operational, technical, and executive stakeholders
  • Position Ultimo as a long-term enterprise partner, not a point solution

What we're looking for

  • Proven new-business AE experience in B2B or enterprise software
  • Strong outbound and account-based selling capability
  • Experience owning full sales cycles
  • Comfortable selling into complex, asset-intensive environments
  • Fluent German and English (customer-facing role)
