Job Description
Your Tasks
- Customer Acquisition & Support: Active acquisition of new customers and holistic support of existing partners with a focus on long-term cooperation.
- Partnership Development & Maintenance: Advising our clients, conceptualizing and calculating individual marketing campaigns, and closing new cooperations via digital and personal channels (email, phone, appointments, trade fairs).
- Offer & Contract Management: Creating presentations, offers, and contracts, negotiating with clients and agencies, and participating in tenders.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Close coordination with Social Media, Content, Performance Marketing, and Product for the development and implementation of tailor-made campaigns.
- CRM & Processes: Documenting all sales activities in HubSpot and continuously optimizing sales documents and processes.

Your Profile
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, key account management, or B2B sales.
- Understanding of the conception, calculation, and implementation of digital marketing campaigns (social media, content, and performance marketing).
- Experience in customer acquisition, offer calculation, and contract negotiations.
- Strong communication skills, high customer orientation, and a confident, open demeanor.
- Willingness for occasional business trips (customer appointments, trade fairs, partner events) and a driver's license class B are advantageous.
- Fluent German and English skills, as well as intercultural understanding in the international B2B environment.

- Full-time = 36 hours: Full-time with us means 36 hours per week, including a short Friday with only 4 hours - for an extended weekend that creates more space for recovery and balance.
- Flexible Scheduling: Work in a way that suits you and your daily life - between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
- Urlaubsguru Balance: 120 days a year to work mobile within Germany plus 60 days a year to work from anywhere in the world. (Alternative: fully remote)
