Job Description

Your Tasks

  • Customer Acquisition & Support: Active acquisition of new customers and holistic support of existing partners with a focus on long-term cooperation.
  • Partnership Development & Maintenance: Advising our clients, conceptualizing and calculating individual marketing campaigns, and closing new cooperations via digital and personal channels (email, phone, appointments, trade fairs).
  • Offer & Contract Management: Creating presentations, offers, and contracts, negotiating with clients and agencies, and participating in tenders.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Close coordination with Social Media, Content, Performance Marketing, and Product for the development and implementation of tailor-made campaigns.
  • CRM & Processes: Documenting all sales activities in HubSpot and continuously optimizing sales documents and processes.

Your Profile

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, key account management, or B2B sales.
  • Understanding of the conception, calculation, and implementation of digital marketing campaigns (social media, content, and performance marketing).
  • Experience in customer acquisition, offer calculation, and contract negotiations.
  • Strong communication skills, high customer orientation, and a confident, open demeanor.
  • Willingness for occasional business trips (customer appointments, trade fairs, partner events) and a driver's license class B are advantageous.
  • Fluent German and English skills, as well as intercultural understanding in the international B2B environment.
