This Role Will Give You The Opportunity To

  • Support the organisation of the UpFest 2025 festival, the highlight of our annual event calendar.
  • Gain hands-on experience in event organisation, experience design, and community engagement.
  • Plan and execute your own small projects.
  • Contribute to a fast-growing scale-up company and help shape our culture.

Job Requirements

  • You are proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn.
  • You have some experience in customer service, hospitality, or event organisation --- or you're excited to gain it.
  • You are organised, detail-oriented, and take initiative.
  • You approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • You are passionate about creating great experiences and enjoy working alongside event and community professionals.
  • For this role we require fluency in both English and German.
  • The role is office-based and in Berlin.
