Requirements
Must have:
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or Senior Data Analyst
- Good SQL skills and a high standard for code quality and maintainability
- Sound experience in handling large amounts of data, data integration, and data quality
- Practical experience with dbt or comparable transformation and orchestration tools
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or BigQuery
- Interest in taking on analytics responsibility and actively contributing to shaping things
- Confident communication in German (C1) – written and spoken
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for stable, performant ELT processes on modern cloud data platforms
- Development and operation of scalable data pipelines and transformations with dbt
- Ensuring high data quality
- Development of data models that directly answer business and control questions
- Close collaboration with business departments to support operational control
- Independent identification of relevant deviations and trends
- Advising internal stakeholders on data-related issues and translating requirements into sustainable analytics solutions
- Sharing knowledge within the team and establishing best practices
- Creating technical documentation for efficient use of data products
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented work, both independently and as part of a team
