About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our consulting team as soon as possible. Do you enjoy client consulting with substance rather than buzzwords, prefer to actively manage projects rather than just coordinate them, and always keep an eye on budget, quality, and profitability? Your Responsibilities:

• Independent consulting and support of clients as a dedicated point of contact
• Responsibility for accounts, budgets, and timings, including ensuring profitability
• Planning, organization, and implementation of 360-degree communication projects from briefing to final delivery
• Preparation, accompaniment, and management of productions (e.g., shootings and filming)
• Close coordination with the team lead, as well as professional guidance and support for apprentices, junior, and mid-level account managers
• Collaboration with creative, strategy, and production departments, as well as management of external service providers
• Creation of presentations and preparation/execution of client meetings
• Proactive development of client relationships and market/competitor observation

Your Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in account management on the agency side
• Completed university degree (focus on marketing/communication) or comparable training
• Demonstrable experience in independently managing accounts and complex projects
• Very good project management skills and confidence in managing filming and shootings
• Hands-on mentality with a willingness to take on operational tasks and reliably lead projects to completion
• Strategic understanding of brands, communication, and campaigns
• Structured, analytical approach to work with a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness
• Team-oriented and reliable, with a genuine passion for your job
• Good English skills and willingness to travel when required by the project
