  • Confidentiality & Security: Handle sensitive or confidential data (such as personal, financial, or customer information) with discretion, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Self-Management & Communication: Effectively manage your own workload and meet deadlines while working remotely. Communicate with supervisors or teams via email, messaging platforms, or video calls to ensure alignment with project goals and updates.
  • Time Management: Work independently and manage time effectively to ensure productivity. Meet targets for the volume of data entered while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), Google Sheets, or other data management software. Familiarity with data entry software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills, particularly in writing, for interacting with supervisors or team members remotely. Strong email and chat communication skills are essential.
  • Time Management: Ability to handle a significant workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while working independently without direct supervision.
