Our ZEIT SPRACHEN team, with around 80 employees in Munich and Hamburg, is characterized by a friendly, creative, and international atmosphere. To support our team in Hamburg, we are looking for a CRM Marketing Manager (d/w/m) in full-time (50% home office possible) as soon as possible. The following tasks fall within your area of responsibility:

Your Tasks

  • Planning, implementation, and optimization of CRM and lifecycle marketing measures along the entire customer journey.
  • Conception and management of automated campaigns with a focus on segmentation, personalization, and email marketing.
  • Analysis of CRM performance using relevant KPIs and regular A/B testing for optimization.
  • Operational work with CRM and marketing automation tools in close coordination with product, data, and tech teams.
  • Ensuring data-driven and data-protection-compliant CRM marketing in the interplay of content, product, and performance marketing.

Your Profile

  • You have a completed university degree, e.g., in marketing, economics, or digital business, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Furthermore, you have at least three years of relevant professional experience in CRM marketing, ideally in the subscription or subscription environment (e.g., media, e-learning, publishing).
  • You have a keen sense for high-performing advertising materials and compelling marketing messages.
  • You enjoy analyzing target groups and segments and developing effective email campaigns based on them – from design and text to implementation.
  • In your work, you demonstrate proactivity, a solution-oriented approach, and a lot of initiative; you enjoy getting involved and actively contributing to the team.
  • You also have native-level German language skills, and occasional internal communication in English is not a hurdle for you.
