Our motor vehicle claims team consists of three groups with a total of 45 claims managers. Benefit from our employees who are happy to share their expertise with you. • Claims Processing: With your responsible and independent approach, you will manage claims in a quality- and customer-oriented manner, in close exchange with our major sales partners and customers.
• Legal Review: By thoroughly preparing the factual and legal situation and reviewing special framework agreements, you contribute to the success of our teams.
• Claims Settlement: By independently processing and managing motor vehicle liability and comprehensive claims, you are the key to success in claims settlement for our private and commercial customers.
• Negotiation Management: As a valuable member of our team, you play a crucial role in negotiations with claimants, lawyers, and other insurers.

Your Profile

• Education: Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally in the insurance industry, or completed expert examination as an insurance intermediary according to IHK.
• Experience: Professional experience in processing comprehensive and/or motor vehicle liability claims is an advantage, but not essential.
• Decisiveness: Courage for independent, economically sound decisions.
• Communication Skills: Empathy, negotiation skills, and a confident demeanor, even in difficult conversations.
• Work Style: Independent, structured, team-oriented, and service-conscious.
