Job Description

Your Responsibilities

Labor Law: Advise on, draft/review documents, and manage all types of labor law measures.
Data Protection: Ensure GDPR/BDSG compliance, create relevant documentation, and serve as the primary point of contact within the company.
Works Council Relations: Draft and negotiate works agreements, coordinate with internal and external partners, and ensure compliance with works constitution law.
Compliance: Implement and monitor P&C processes, maintain the internal control system, and report to management.
Knowledge Transfer: Develop and conduct training sessions on labor law.

Your Profile

Education: Completed law degree.
Experience: Specific multi-year experience in labor law is desirable.
Approach: Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and able to engage colleagues and negotiation partners on an equal footing.
Work Style: Analytical, structured, and meticulous.
