Your Role

As a B2B Sales Manager for the Ruhrgebiet region, you will be instrumental in expanding and solidifying our network of business partners. Your Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of sales strategies to acquire new business clients in the Ruhrgebiet.
  • Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships through regular communication and personal meetings.
  • Identification of market trends and competitive analysis to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Creation and presentation of customized offers, including negotiation of contract terms with business clients.
  • Collaboration with internal teams to develop customer-specific solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Activation and expansion of existing Ruhrgebiet contacts (companies, HR/event networks, hotels, malls).

Your Qualifications

  • Several years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally within the leisure and entertainment industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • High self-motivation and results orientation, with the ability to work independently and find solutions.
  • Willingness to travel within the Ruhrgebiet and a valid driver's license (Class B).
  • Must reside in the Ruhrgebiet.
  • Demonstrable network with companies/associations/agencies in the Ruhrgebiet.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation

  • Fixed advance payment (recoverable draw): €2,300 gross/month
  • Commission: 8% on net invoiced and paid B2B revenue, uncapped.
  • Settlement: Commission is first applied against the fixed advance; any excess is paid out as variable compensation.
  • Underpayment: Any portion of the fixed advance not covered by commission is carried over to the following month.
  • Accelerator (quarterly, based on quarterly revenue):
    • from €120,000: +2 percentage points on all revenue in the quarter.
    • from €150,000: an additional +2 percentage points (total +4%).
  • Cancellation/Payment Logic: Payouts are contingent upon receipt of payment; cancellations are reconciled in the following month.
  • Break-even: €2,300 / 0.08 = €28,750 monthly revenue required to cover the fixed advance.
