About the Role
walter services GmbH is seeking a Project/Quality Manager (m/w/d) for Customer Support. You will work closely with project and quality management teams and client representatives to ensure the smooth operation of service processes for a leading electronics manufacturer's online shop.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM. 100% remote work is possible.

Your Responsibilities
- Planning, steering, and independently implementing predominantly digital projects.
- Ensuring quality and goal achievement in all ongoing projects.
- Measuring service quality, identifying areas for improvement, and developing suitable measures in close coordination with relevant departments.
- Analyzing and optimizing support processes, the customer journey, the e-commerce presence, and the ticketing system.
Your Profile
- Completed university degree or comparable education (e.g., in Communications, Digital Business, Project Management, Humanities, Customer Service Support).
- Initial experience in project management.
- Independent work style and hands-on mentality.
- Excellent German language skills (written and spoken, C2) and very good English skills.
