Responsibilities

• Independent execution of ongoing financial accounting for various clients
• Posting of business transactions (financial, accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset accounting)
• Verification of documents and invoices, account clarification and reconciliation
• Verification of documents and invoices as well as careful clarification and reconciliation of open accounts
• Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns for companies of various legal forms as well as for private individuals
• Support and advice for clients on daily tax and organizational issues

Profile

• Completed training as a tax assistant, tax expert, or balance sheet accountant (or comparable further training in Finance/Tax), or comparable qualifications
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a tax firm or similar environment
• Very good knowledge of DATEV (Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen, Unternehmen Online, etc.)
• Structured, meticulous way of working and enjoyment of independent work
• Pleasant demeanor, team spirit, and friendly interaction with clients
• Interest in further development -- professional and personal
