Your Role
To support our headquarters in Münster, we are looking for a
**Systems & Applications Administrators & Architects (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Handling 2nd-level support requests in the area of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Managing user accounts and permissions (onboarding/offboarding, group policies)
- Administration and further development of the M365 environment (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
- Maintenance and optimization of Active Directory structures and Azure AD
- Support in the implementation and further development of security and compliance policies
- Participation in projects in the area of client and identity management
- Creation and maintenance of system and operating documentation
- Automation of processes using PowerShell scripts (optional)
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the Microsoft environment (M365, Active Directory, Azure AD)
- Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Mobile Device Management
- Basic knowledge of networks, virtualization (e.g., VMware), and IT security
- Analytical and solution-oriented approach, as well as teamwork skills
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Sound knowledge of PowerShell and automation of administration tasks is desirable
