For our location in Rheinstetten (near Karlsruhe), we are seeking your support as an

Expert in Commission Accounting (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the operational execution of commission bookings, retrieving and preparing statements from various sources.
  • Reconcile incoming payments with statements in coordination with our accounting department.
  • Prepare commission statements for our affiliated brokers.
  • Communicate with insurance companies, cooperation partners, and affiliated brokers.
  • Independently handle complaint processing, ensuring brokers feel well-supported.
  • Resolve process disruptions to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Accurately evaluate and prepare lists of liability for cancellations.

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in accounting and/or insurance.
  • Analytical thinking with a very good understanding of numbers.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Reliable, conscientious, responsible, and a team player.
  • Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style.
