Sales Representative for Internal Sales (w/m/d)

Your Responsibilities:

You conduct comprehensive telephone, in-person, and written customer consultations and facilitate contract closures.
You are the first point of contact for customers and handle their inquiries via phone and in writing.
You act as the interface between the customer and WIFO, maintaining the CRM and keeping all involved parties updated.
Together with the team, you ensure ongoing quality management and continuous improvement of communication, collaboration, and interfaces within the company.

Your Profile:

You have completed vocational training as a commercial employee, preferably in the insurance sector, or have a comparable qualification.
You have prior experience in internal sales or the back office of an insurance broker pool.
You are a strong communicator and enjoy working with people.
You work independently, structured, precisely, and are performance-oriented.
You are flexible and enjoy working in a team.
Digitalization is not a foreign concept to you.
