WifOR is an independent economic research institute, founded in 2009 as a spin-off from the Technical University of Darmstadt. As experts in macroeconomic analysis, our research focuses on the areas of labor markets, health, and sustainability. Through our studies, WifOR's mission is to enable data-based solutions to challenges on the labor market, set global standards in Impact Measurement, and illuminate the value of health investments worldwide. WifOR has over 75 employees located in Germany and Greece.

Shape the future of communication with us -- join our team as a Working Student in Marketing (Focus on Content) at our office in Darmstadt or Berlin (approx. 15--20 hours/week).

Your tasks

• Support the creation, optimization, and publishing of content in both German and English -- from social media posts and newsletters to blog articles
• Conduct research and help prepare complex topics for editorial use -- in close collaboration with our department experts
• Assist in the development and maintenance of communication materials
• Contribute to editorial workflows and help ensure the quality and consistency of our content
• Bring fresh ideas and creative energy into our content marketing efforts

Your profile

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in the humanities, social sciences, communication, or business
• You've gained some hands-on experience in communication, editorial work, or marketing -- e.g. through an internship or a student project
• You're familiar with tools like WordPress, Canva, or HubSpot -- or curious to learn
• You're interested in science communication and enjoy making complex topics accessible to different audiences
• You have excellent writing skills in both German and English
• You have a strong sense for language and an eye for detail when writing and editing
• You work in a structured, independent way -- and love being part of a team
