Ihre Aufgaben

In this role, you will be deployed as an SAP Basis Consultant/Administrator (m/w/d) from your home office, focusing on operational services. You will work closely within a small team on SAP projects related to the operation or support of SAP systems. Communication within the team follows a "Du" (informal "you") culture. Experience a pleasant and familiar working atmosphere with intergenerational teamwork at eye level.

From your mobile office, we are looking for an SAP Basis Consultant/Administrator for SAP Basis operations. You will work with the current SAP version ECC 6.0, as well as projects in the new version SAP S/4HANA. In addition to the SAP Basis environment you will work in, other technologies are supported by your colleagues.

• SAP installations and system copies
• SAP software updates (SPS, EHP, HANA)

• SAP HANA DB, ASE, ORACLE

Other areas of activity include:

• Implementation and upgrade of SAP system landscapes
• Installation and upgrade of databases (e.g., SAP HANA, Oracle, IBM DB2, MS-SQL, Sybase, or MaxDB)
• Planning and execution of SAP migration projects
• Vulnerability analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization of SAP systems and their databases
• Performance analysis and implementation of corresponding measures
• Execution of system installations
• Execution of system maintenance (patches, updates, and EHP)
• Execution of system copies

Ihr Profil

• Practical experience and preferably a degree in application development or a university degree in business, business informatics, information technology, or alternatively a similar education
• Several years of project experience in the SAP technology environment, with professional experience in a similar role
• Several years of SAP know-how in the integration of business processes and the development of interfaces
• Practical experience in the installation, administration, and optimization of SAP systems
• Knowledge of common operating systems and databases
• Profound knowledge in SAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA
• Preferably additional knowledge in SAP Solution Manager, Portal, PI, HANA, or Sybase
• You are team-oriented, possess very good communication skills, enjoy structured work, are a team player, customer-oriented, communicative, and self-motivated
• Interest in professional development and participation in Digital Transformation projects
