For our Property Maintenance team, consisting of 12 people, we are looking for reinforcement as soon as possible. Benefit from up to 90% home office (mobile working) per week after your familiarization.

Your Responsibilities

• You will independently lead and coordinate conversion, renovation, and expansion measures in the structural engineering of public buildings (e.g., schools, town halls, museums), including time and cost management.
• You will process all service phases according to HOAI, from preliminary planning through execution and detailed planning to site supervision.
• You will prepare tender documents, review bids according to VOB/VOL, and prepare award decisions.
• You will conduct bidder discussions, manage correspondence with external architectural and engineering firms as well as authorities, and represent the client's side in legal matters.
• You will supervise the technical execution of construction, accept construction services, and review interim and final invoices.
• You will ensure compliance with technical standards (DIN, BauO NRW, Schulbaurichtlinie, DGUV) and coordinate continuously with all project participants.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed university studies (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in Civil Engineering, preferably with a specialization in structural engineering.
• Ideally, you already have several years of experience in independent construction management of renovation and conversion measures in public structural engineering.
• You have sound knowledge of the HOAI service phases and confident application of VOB, VOL, and DIN 276.
• You are very familiar with the relevant standards and regulations (e.g., DIN 18040, BauO NRW, Schulbaurichtlinie, DGUV regulations, Arbeitsstättenverordnung).
• Independent, team-oriented work style and strong assertiveness complete your profile.

Salary

The salary is based on the collective agreement for the public sector (TVöD-VKA).
