We are part of the international The Heico Companies within the Applied Solutions Group (ASG) and belong to The Cargo Control Company (C3) --- a group that includes the brands Roland and Loadlok. With production and sales locations across Europe, we develop and deliver high‑quality solutions for cargo control and load securing. We combine international structures with short decision‑making processes and a modern, collaborative working environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Providing service‑oriented customer support in daily operations
  • Handling customer inquiries and preparing quotations
  • Supporting order processing and maintaining orders and customer data (e.g. SAP, Salesforce)
  • Coordinating delivery schedules and liaising closely with internal departments
  • Supporting the sales team with organizational and customer‑related topics
  • Handling complaints and working with the team to find effective solutions
  • Ensuring smooth and reliable customer service processes

Your Profile

  • Initial experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Inside Sales
  • Strong customer focus and genuine enjoyment of working with customers
  • Very good German skills (spoken and written) and good English skills are essential
  • Structured, independent, and reliable working style
  • Strong communication skills, team spirit, and initiative
  • Confident use of MS Office; ERP/CRM experience is a plus
  • Experience in a technical or manufacturing environment is an advantage
