Job Description

Your Responsibilities

As an Office Manager at LEOspace, you ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and support a productive, well-organized work environment. You are the central contact for administrative processes and work closely with employees, management, and external partners.

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient workflows
  • Coordinate office supplies, facilities, and external service providers
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and internal coordination
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Prepare documents, reports, and basic administrative records
  • Handle correspondence and maintain structured filing systems
  • Support HR-related administration (e.g. absence tracking, personnel data)
  • Assist with invoice processing, expenses, and office-related budgets

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training or preferably university-level degree in business administration or related fields
  • Experience in office management or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Basic knowledge of finance, accounting, or HR administration
  • Experience managing vendors and service providers
  • Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
