Qualifications

• A commercial background, whether training, studies, or professional experience, is secondary for us
• Interest in real estate and enjoyment in improving things
• Structure in your head & desire for responsibility
• Communication skills -- via email and telephone
• Curiosity about modern tools & processes
• Self-responsibility, teamwork & openness -- we work at eye level
• You don't lose sight of the big picture, even in stressful situations
