Your Role

For our office in Bad Homburg, we are looking for a Financial Accountant (m/f/d) in full-time, starting immediately.

Your Responsibilities

• Management of accounts payable, booking of supplier invoices and credit card transactions
• Participation in the preparation and submission of VAT returns
• Monitoring and execution of payment runs
• Monitoring of balance sheet reconciliations and provisions
• Support with month-end closing and reporting
• Continuous optimization and automation of accounting processes
• Collaboration with auditors and tax advisors
• Close interdepartmental cooperation as well as with the parent company in the Netherlands

Your Profile

• Completed degree or comparable training with several years of professional experience
• Good knowledge of German Commercial Code (HGB)
• Very good SAP and MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Precise communication and work style with the necessary overview
• Solution-oriented and flexible approach to different requirements
• High degree of process reliability, diligence, and accuracy
