What awaits you?

  • You will take over technical service processing and support.
  • You will advise clients and create offers hand in hand with our administration.
  • You will install, set up, configure, and repair PCs, notebooks, monitors, and printers.
  • You will receive and process tickets (SL1 and SL2), qualify, schedule, and fulfill them.
  • You will instruct clients in the operation of hardware and software.
  • You will configure and manage our monitoring and patch management.

What should you bring?

  • You have completed training as a Fachinformatiker:in, IT-Systemelektroniker:in, IT-Systemtechniker:in, or have an equivalent qualification.
  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience.
  • You have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with industry-specific IT structures and are knowledgeable in network infrastructures (firewall, switching, routing).
  • You have knowledge in the area of hardware (servers, desktops, notebooks, peripherals) and databases (SQL).
  • You have knowledge in the area of virtualization (VMWare, HyperV, and Proxmox) and are familiar with Windows Server.
