Your Responsibilities:
- End-to-end responsibility: You are part of a small team and take responsibility for operational and strategic HR work.
- Holistic Recruiting: You are responsible for the entire candidate journey – from integration into strategic personnel planning, through initial contact, to the onboarding of new colleagues.
- Conceptual Work: You develop innovative concepts, for example, for our employer branding, and implement them independently in coordination with your supervisor.
- Partnership-based Collaboration: You support managers and employees in all HR-related and labor law matters.
- Administrative Support: You handle administrative tasks such as creating employment contracts or references.
What You Bring:
- Your Background: You have a completed university degree (e.g., Business Administration with a focus on HR, Business Psychology, or similar). With your outstanding expertise in personnel and organizational development, labor law, recruiting, and ideally training supervision, you strengthen our competence.
- Affinity for the Industry: You are passionate about the IT industry and ideally have prior experience with active and passive sourcing of IT specialists.
- Passion for People: Your strong interpersonal skills and communication talent help you to be trustworthy and empathetic, and to engage the people in your work environment.
- Hands-on Mentality: Do you like to get involved? And do you work reliably, independently, structured, and efficiently? Perfect! It's a match!
- Communication Talent: You convince us with excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
