What awaits you?
- You will accompany executives and decision-makers from top management and position our leadership and new work programs as concrete solutions for their transformation and growth goals.
- You will build your own portfolio and network, develop customers in the long term, and ensure a stable pipeline & sustainable revenue.
- You will identify cross- & upsell potentials, qualify partners, and actively shape our go-to-market excellence.
- You will incorporate your customer insights directly into product development and the optimization of our learning journeys.
What you should bring?
- You already have 4 years of experience in sales, ideally in the HR, people, or organizational development environment, especially in working with C-level decision-makers.
- You proactively engage in direct outreach and confidently conduct conversations with decision-makers.
- You have already successfully built a sales pipeline independently and know how to develop opportunities from the lead phase to closing.
- You have a high drive, eagerness to learn & growth mindset, and want to develop professionally and personally.
- You work in a structured manner, use smart workflows, and are confident with modern sales & collaboration tools (e.g., HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace).
