Identity Manager - Active Directory / Entra ID (m/w/d)

Requirements

Must have:

• Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or a degree in business informatics, as well as a comparable qualification
• At least 2 years of professional experience in this area
• Initial experience with Exchange Online, especially in mailbox management and distribution groups
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (users, groups, GPO) and Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, including Conditional Access, RBAC, and MFA
• Confident use of PowerShell for automating identity and Exchange tasks
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working, as well as team and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and develop Microsoft Active Directory (On-Prem) and Microsoft Entra ID (Cloud)
• Implement identity lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) in the Microsoft environment and automate these processes
• Manage users and groups, and control permissions in Exchange Online, such as mailboxes, distribution lists, and shared mailboxes
• Support audits and ensure compliance with security and compliance regulations, such as GDPR and ISO 27001
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID features such as Conditional Access, MFA, and PIM implementation of security policies
• Integrate Microsoft services (M365, Intune, Teams, Defender) into central IAM processes and collaborate closely with IT Security, Compliance, and HR on access topics
