What awaits you?

• Independent decision-making to achieve the agreed project goals (regarding product features, costs, deadlines, quality)
• Independent technical leadership, coaching, and motivation of the project team
• Independent creation and delivery of customer presentations in coordination with sales
• Regular reporting of project progress to the project steering committee and the responsible department
• Autonomous organization and leadership of project meetings with the project team and the customer
• Ensuring compliance with development and production processes agreed upon in the project
• Support of sales in customer negotiations
• Accompanying the offer process from inquiry through offer to project start.
• Project management according to the requirements of IATF 16949 and customer-specific specifications
• Central interface to internal and external partners

What should you bring?

• Commercial apprenticeship / degree with technical understanding
• Relevant automotive experience
• Leadership experience in project work
• Methodological knowledge of project management
• Good language skills in German and English
• Knowledge of various Microsoft Office tools
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as team and communication skills
• High level of self-motivation
• Honesty and loyalty
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
