We, CONCEPT BAU GmbH, are a medium-sized project developer and property developer with over 40 years of experience in residential construction, based in Munich.

We cover the entire service portfolio, from property acquisition, project development, and construction to turnkey and ready-to-move-in properties. Since our founding in 1982, we have successfully planned, realized, and handed over more than 7,500 apartments, terraced houses, and semi-detached houses. We operate throughout Germany, focusing on the Bavarian region, especially Munich and its surrounding areas.

We are rethinking the concept of home, creating tailor-made apartments for different lifestyles, and planning properties with modern architecture and sustainable value. Our consulting team reliably and trustfully supports our customers in their property search for all our new construction projects.

What awaits you?

• You will prepare semi-annual and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (German Commercial Code).
• You will prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• You will act as a sparring partner and represent the Head of Finance.
• You will provide technical leadership to the employees in the accounting team.
• You will be the point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, tax inspectors, and financial authorities.
• You will prepare and submit monthly VAT pre-payments and annual reports.
• You will create statistics and special business analyses.
• You will take over operational cash management.
• You will participate in projects and process optimizations in the finance department.

What you should bring?

• You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on accounting/finance or have completed a commercial apprenticeship with further training (e.g., certified accountant or tax assistant (m/f/d)).
• You have several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in a medium-sized company.
• You possess sound knowledge of HGB and IFRS.
• You are proficient in using accounting systems (e.g., Navision) and have excellent IT skills, especially in Excel.
• You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner.
• You think analytically, goal- and results-oriented, and are open to using AI.
• You have good English skills, both written and spoken.
