We are a medium-sized, family-run TGA engineering firm in Berlin with decades of practical experience in the construction industry and expert surveying.

The KEM engineering firm, with approximately 35 employees, is managed alongside the expert surveying office of Dipl.-Ing. Johann Margulies. All technical fields are covered by our own staff (ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, sanitary, sprinkler, high-voltage and low-voltage), and we operate nationwide.

We primarily work on residential buildings, administrative buildings, hotels, and commercial buildings of all types. We also plan and supervise special projects for industrial companies and buildings for education/research.

Synergistic effects arise particularly from the close coordination between the planning and the expert surveying activities of the surveying office concerning ventilation, smoke extraction, and electrical engineering.

What awaits you?

• You will plan and design energy-efficient HVAC systems - your focus is on the sanitary sector.
• You will create design and execution plans using CAD (2D) and ideally have BIM/3D skills as a nice-to-have.
• You will work closely with architects, project managers, and clients.
• You will also be on-site at construction sites or in planning meetings – no desk monotony.

What you should bring:

• You have a completed degree in building services engineering, building technology, or a comparable qualification, such as a master craftsman (m/f/d) in electrical engineering.
• You have at least 4 years of experience as a TGA planner in Germany or recognized in Germany.
• You are proficient in using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Plancal Nova, etc.).
• You have knowledge of AVA (cost calculation and tendering) and MS Office experience.
• You are interested in modern, sustainable energy concepts, and BIM/Revit skills are a plus, but not a requirement.
