What awaits you?

• You are the first point of contact for our clients (commercial clients and a small proportion of private clients).
• You will support sales in the health insurance sector and biometric business.
• You will create applications and process daily customer transactions such as master data maintenance, contract processing, and customer support in the area of provision.
• You will take over general support for our sales department in the provision business and participate in the creation of quotations.

What should you bring?

• You have completed training as an insurance specialist / Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
• You already have at least 3 years of experience in the health insurance and biometric business.
• You should have already created professional and appropriate offers in the area of health insurance and biometrics.
• You are confident in checking insurance policies.
• You are strong in communication and know what is important in customer service.
