About enabl Technologies GmbH
As a young startup from Karlsruhe, we automate intralogistics. Our approach: thinking automation flexibly -- with remote driving technology for forklifts and other industrial trucks. This allows us to achieve significant efficiency gains for our customers even today -- and while we drive remotely and semi-automatically from our Europe-wide Driving Centers, we collect data for full automation.
What awaits you?
- You will manage the complete B2B sales cycle: from identifying and approaching new target customers to developing scalable solution approaches and successfully concluding contracts.
- You are the first point of contact and relationship owner for our most important enterprise customers and actively manage their development.
- You will develop innovative sales strategies for our remote automation solutions and act as a central interface between customers, technology, and management to conceptualize individual, customer-oriented solutions at an enterprise level.
- You will build sustainable networks with decision-makers and stakeholders in intralogistics, robotics, and industry.
- You will identify and develop application possibilities and new use cases with existing and new customers, analyze needs, and develop associated scaling plans.
- You will act as a convincing sparring partner at trade fairs, industry events, and customer appointments, positioning our company as an innovative solution provider.
What you should bring:
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in B2B enterprise sales or key account management, ideally with a focus on software, industry, robotics, or automation solutions.
- You have a deep technical understanding that helps you to truly penetrate our products and complex customer requirements.
- You have experience in the logistics environment or with material handling technologies; a completed degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics) is not a must, but desirable.
- You are strong in communication, know how to convince decision-makers both at the C-level and operational level, and possess analytical skills to strategically address customer needs.
- You present yourself confidently, are willing to travel (nationally & internationally), and think entrepreneurially.
- You speak German and English very well to communicate easily with the team and our international customers.
