Marketing Lead
Marketing Lead -- Germany
This is an opportunity to take full ownership of the marketing strategy across five major German cities and directly influence commercial growth. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-growing, design-driven environment.
About the company
Our client is a leading global provider of flexible workspaces, operating more than 40 prime locations across Europe, Israel, and the United States. With over 15,000 members worldwide, they are known for their design-led spaces and hospitality-driven approach, offering offices, meeting rooms, and event spaces tailored to the evolving hybrid work environment.
What will you do?
- Own the Germany marketing plan and budget, building, executing, measuring, and optimizing a holistic 360° strategy across digital and offline channels
- Drive brand awareness across Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Frankfurt, and Düsseldorf
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new locations, including market analysis, positioning, messaging, launch plans, timelines, and budgets
- Generate qualified demand and deliver pipeline for locations, products, and services in close partnership with Sales
- Manage external vendors, agencies, and freelancers, from briefing to performance oversight
- Activate the ecosystem through flagship events, conferences, tradeshows, and local activations
- Create compelling marketing and sales collateral, including decks, campaigns, videos, demos, and localized assets
- Act as a cross-functional connector between local leadership and global HQ stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and performance measurement
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing roles (experience with luxury brands or startups is an advantage)
- Proven people management experience
- Fluency in German and English, written and spoken
- Demonstrated experience in online advertising and lead generation campaign management
- Bachelor's degree
- Willingness to travel between locations in Germany
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage
- Strong business acumen with understanding of strategy, revenue models, sales pipelines, and competitive positioning
- Proven ability to drive initiatives from concept to completion
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and push teams toward measurable success
- Resourceful problem-solver with innovative thinking
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Technologically savvy and quick to master new tools
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently
- High level of ownership and commitment to excellence
