Our client, an internationally active law firm located in the heart of Hamburg, is seeking a Trademark Paralegal / Markensachbearbeiter (w/m/d).
Responsibilities:
- Independent management and organization of international trademark portfolios
- Handling trademark applications and overseeing the entire registration process
- Assisting with the preparation of oppositions and appeals in trademark proceedings
- Communicating with courts, clients, and national/international authorities
- Monitoring and adhering to relevant deadlines
- Conducting trademark searches and maintaining associated databases
Requirements:
- Successfully completed training as a Patentanwaltsfachangestellter, Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellter, or comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in trademark administration
- Good to very good English skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient in common MS Office applications
- Strong communication skills and a structured, analytical approach to work
