Your Team:

Under the leadership of Dominik Kemper (Global Vice President Cloud Operations & Corporate IT), you and Jan Tilsner (Teamlead Cloud Operations) and the entire team will ensure that our cloud infrastructure remains stable, performant, and future-proof.

Your Role:

As a Cloud Engineer (m/f/d), you will actively contribute to architectural topics, evaluate new technologies, and develop automated solutions that reliably scale our platform.

You will keep an eye on our systems, analyze performance data, and derive quick, sustainable measures in case of disruptions. With smart playbooks, you will create efficient, repeatable processes and consistently drive automation forward. Together with product management, development, and quality assurance, you will transform new requirements into robust infrastructure processes, thus making a central contribution to the stability and further development of our platform.

You have proficient German and English skills at C1 level and live in the vicinity of Ahrensburg, Dortmund, or Heidelberg. You are at home in Linux administration and work routinely with Kubernetes, Docker, and common open-source databases such as Elasticsearch, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL. You naturally use tools like Kibana and Prometheus, as well as DevOps, CI/CD, and scripting workflows. Furthermore, you develop Ansible playbooks to efficiently automate processes.
