About Us:

XTL Kommunikationssysteme GmbH is a leading company in transport logistics, specializing in real-time optimization. We are looking for motivated and competent developers (m/f/d) to support us in the further development and new development of our apps and the expansion of our product portfolio.

Your Responsibilities:

• Further development and new development of our software and innovative apps in close cooperation with our customers.
• In a small team with other colleagues, you will be involved in all development phases from conception, planning, and development to testing, deployment, and operation.
• Pair programming and code reviews with mutual support from other developers.
• Continuous evaluation of market and technology trends in the field of mobile applications.
• Analysis of customer workflows and development of apps that simplify workflows.

Your Profile:

• Sound knowledge and experience in app development with over 3 years of professional experience.
• You think about software development in a user-centric and integrative way and are eager to expand and share your knowledge within the team.
• Strong problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, teamwork, reliability, and an independent way of working.
• German language skills (C1).
• Residence in Northern Germany for occasional on-site appointments and team events in Bremen.
