Your Role & Responsibilities
- Responsibility for monthly and annual IFRS reporting and consolidation of financial data
- Preparation, analysis, and commentary of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to assess company performance
- Initiation and management of projects for standardization, digitalization, and optimization of finance and controlling processes
- Close collaboration with purchasing, IT, and HR to develop and implement efficient, cross-functional solutions
- Support of the financial strategy and preparation of ad-hoc reports and analyses for management
Your Profile
- Completed degree in economics/business administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in IFRS reporting and sound knowledge of IFRS, accounting, and financial analysis, ideally in an international environment
- Project management experience in process optimization, standardization, and digitalization in the Finance & Controlling area
- Good knowledge of automation solutions, ERP systems, and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills, structured and independent way of working, strong communication skills, and good English skills
