We are looking for an experienced operations professional with a strong track record in On Board Courier logistics. If you have managed global OBC flows, led teams, and understand the complexity of time-critical shipments, we'd like to hear from you. Remote (Mexico or Europe)

At YourOBC, we operate globally, moving high-priority shipments with precision, speed, and reliability. As our Global OBC Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading our operational structure across multiple time zones and continuously improving our service performance.

Your responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate our international OBC operations team (Europe, LATAM, Asia)
• Define and implement standards for operational quality, process efficiency, and courier handling
• Ensure consistent performance across regions and time zones
• Identify gaps and lead optimization projects in workflows, tools, and communication
• Collaborate closely with management and serve as escalation point for critical cases

Your profile

• 5+ years experience in OBC logistics or time-critical transportation
• Proven ability to lead international, remote teams
• In-depth knowledge of airline bookings, routing, customs, and courier management
• Strong decision-making skills under pressure and hands-on attitude
• Excellent communication in English (other languages are a plus)
