Our team works modernly, quickly, and digitally.\n\nFor the further development of our structures, we are looking for a versatile assistant who is eager to actively bring order, overview, and stability to a growing environment.\n\n## Responsibilities\n\n* Support in daily operations\n* Maintenance and further development of our CRM system Pipedrive\n* Appointment management and coordination of internal processes\n* Setup and support of processes and interfaces\n* Working in the Microsoft 365 environment\n* Support with automations and digital workflows\n* Use and maintenance of AI tools in everyday work\n* Communication with internal teams and external partners\n* Creation of small documentations and overviews\n\n## Qualifications\n\n* Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification\n* Very good organizational skills and structured way of working\n* Confident handling of digital tools and software environments\n* Experience with CRM systems is an advantage, ideally Pipedrive\n* Reliability, discretion, and high diligence\n* Openness to new technologies and automation processes\n* Independent way of working and enjoyment of process optimization\n\n## Benefits\n\n* Flexible working hours and fully remote\n* Attractive role in a modern consulting environment\n* Direct collaboration with management\n* Room for personal development and co-design\n* Access to modern AI tools and technologies
